We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it,  unused  and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a trackable shipping service.

Damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Our Solutions:

1. FEELWORLD UK Limited responsibility:

If Feelworld is responsible for the issue, the goods received are damaged or not correct, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Return and refund: Once we confirm receipt of the the returned product, we will arrange refund.
Return and replacement: Once we confirm we have receipt of the returned products, we will send the replacement to you. The shipping cost of the products sent to you is paid by us.
This solution is only when FEELWORLD UK is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2.Customer's responsibility

Incorrect order

If the customer has ordered an incorrect  product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) and other expenses incurred by the return for an exchange. We will only allow a return in these circumstances within 14 days of purchase.


FEELWORLD products are protected by a 1 Year Warranty against defects (you will need pay return postage by tracked post. The shipping cost of the monitor sent to you is paid by us). This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse. During the warranty period, normal wear and tear is not covered. To repair items damaged by wear and tear we are happy to provide a chargeable repair service and will do our very best to support you. This repair service also applies to items outside of warranty.

If you have a defective item or warranty question, please contact us. We will gladly facilitate your warranty claim.

What do you need to provide to send an email to our after sales team?

When the you have any question about the products, please provide us with as much information as possible such as video about the product problem, barcode at rear of the product, order number, when you purchased.  Send this to our after sales services team e-email:, so that we can better understand the situation you are encountering. We will do our very best to find a solution to resolve your issue.

Please note:

1. The warranty of our products is for ONE year. If the product is defective please contact us in this time period.
2. Other than in line with our returns policy, we don't accept returned goods except due to product quality problems.
3. Please contact us in advance if you wish to return the goods, we don’t accept returned goods without being informed in advance.
4. Please keep the whole package totally the same as the one you got if you decide to return the goods. Please tell us the tracking number after you send it out.
5. After we receive your returned goods, we need to evaluate the goods before returning your money, If it is a quality problem that is our responsibility, we will refund you in full or provide a replacement.
